Make sure you get a paper or in writing on when tires will get in. Picked up 2 and was notified other 2 were being ordered and will be in the follow day . States there was a 3 day hold period and when to pick up on the 3rd day with letting them know ahead of time that it will be that day. Time comes for pick up and they give me 3 stories . One that is I didn’t pick up within 72 hours even though It was within the 72 hours. The other story was that now they never came into the tire center and the next story was main Tire center in Phoenix is delayed.Gave me the complete runaround and the person that provided me the information denied ever even stating that to me.

Let me start by saying Joy is the heart of that warehouse . She is very easy to find she always answers her phone and can take care of 99% of my problems as a roadside assistance where I can't get an order in on time she's always there to help me out . All the delivery drivers are really good about having extra paperwork because I've missed an order in the middle of the night and they threw it on in the morning. Thanks guys

Hard to find someone to help w/ the pickup of an order. Took about 10 minutes to find someone. Then another 10 minutes to have the order pulled. Hopefully a better experience next time

If i could give this place a zero i would. So, the manager just returned form vacation(DC manager joy). She has had an attitude with all the employees. She is over working the employees. Due to people are calling off or the quitting they are short of staff. She doent over work the shift managers because they are buddies and instead of them helping with tasks in the warehouse the site in the office on Facebook or running their mouths. If there is only one employees on the floor they will not help but instead expect one person to finish all the tasks by themselves.They also take their PTO if the work is not done. They let everyone in the warehouse leave except one person. They have to finish everything even if it's past their clock out time. This place needs new management.
